Very comfortable, quiet.

We stayed in room 401, that room was ok. The aircon was nice and the view was too.

When we arrived the room was filthy and looked nothing like the pictures. The towels were dirty. The bed sheets had burn holes in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. There was no mosquito net so couldn’t open the window for fresh air and the room was so hot. There was a fan built into the window which allowed hundreds of bugs in. I asked the host if we could move rooms and he said we could move for one night to room 401. A new room would be ready for us the following day. the host did respond to my WhatsApp’s quickly which was helpful. Room 401 was better, slightly cleaner. We asked for a refund as we didn’t want to stay any longer and the host refused. During the night at 3AM someone tried to access my room by twisting the door handle for over 5 minutes. I was terrified. I asked the host again to refund us as this had now become a safety issue and he said that it was a guest and that they hadn’t left a key out for him. I complained to booking.com and the host had lied and said it was the house keeping to booking.com. Upon showing my WhatsApp conversations of the host saying it was a guest they agreed to let us leave if we paid for two nights. I should also add that he told us we could move to his other hotel which was 1 mile away and after reading those reviews they were even worst. The host did try and help but they need lots of renovations/ cleaning and accurate pictures to be taken. The location is good but please read the reviews. Again stay in room 401 if possible if you need to stay here.

the check in took ages, self checkin is bad! room was ready for 3 hours which we didn’t know

beds are good, location as well

you don’t get what the photo’s show. you have to check in online and the only person that works there cannot speak English. the rooms with 1 double bed, which has no windows, and with three single beds has windows that are plastered and cannot be opened. finally I got a room with a double and single and there is no aircon whatsoever. no shower curtains and just a hole in the floor as a sink
