"Pleasant"

Rooms were decent and comfortable

Very basic. Bathrooms wasn’t the cleanest. No members of staff present its self check in and out through what’s app. Location is fine but not the best

Nothing

The room we got looked like a hostel room. We paid for the hotel room so it should include bathroom in it self. There was no toilet, no shower and customer service was bad.
