Excellent location and staff. Above average breakfast for this type of place. Nice size rooms. Clean bathroom but the bathroom was a bit run down.
Stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. This time the hotel had been up grading some of the rooms. One of the best reasons for staying is the staff are very friendly and helpful. Another reason is one of the few hotels in Rye and surrounding area with its own car park.
The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Very comfortable room for a family of 4 and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and extras were available if needed. We were also able to pay for late check out which was fabulous as we had been to a wedding the day before and really needed to have a lay-in!! Would definitely go back and would highly recommend!

A large, clean and comfortable room in close proximity to Rye town centre with ample parking. We only stayed for one night but if we return to Rye, which we may well do, then we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Hotel looks run down from the outside but very clean and fresh inside. Breakfast excellent !
