We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was ideal and affordable for our 1 night stay.Staff we’re all very friendly and breakfast was of a reasonable standard and a good variety.The superior room had a very comfortable bed,bathroom is a little dated but as previously stated served a purpose.Not the best outlook from the bedroom window but again wasn’t there for the views.

The staff were all really friendly and made us welcome, the breakfast was good and we had everything we needed. The room furniture was a little tired but our room was quiet and comfortable and we had an excellent short break. We would certainly stay here again as it was comfortable and just a short walk from the town.
Absolutely freezing cold room, despite going to reception no one came to the room to check the thermostate. To have a shower, we had to heat the bathroom with a plug in fan heater and remove before shower for safety. Everything else was really nice, but spoilt with being cold.
We were there for Christmas festival . Handy place to stay with large car park. Town centre a short walk.
Really friendly staff and great service. Breakfast was good too. The room was clean, but the mattress wasn’t the comfiest
Very comfortable stay. Double room (22). Clean & tidy and staff very friendly. Only complaints, shower needs updating and wife had the avocado for breakfast but it had been mixed with something which made it strangely & texturely not tasty I’m afraid.
Liked everything about it.

Mildly bathroom, broken toilet roll holder. Dirty grubby carpet. Horrible lumpy mattress. Tiny tv for a family room. Dirty remote control. No fridge.
