We have stayed at the River Haven before and enjoyed both visits. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff were very lovely.
Well presented, decent sized room overlooking Rye Yacht moorings. Comfortable bed and good range of TV channels. Generous tea / coffee / milk provision in room. Good range of continental and cooked options at breakfast - very tasty. Easy walk into town for a range of restaurants for evening dining. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff so helpful. When we got separated from our car (long story) the man on duty (owner? member of staff?) went out of his way to offer me a lift so that I could pick up the car.

It was a an average three star hotel which in general was cozy and comfortable, The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was substantive, and car park was more than adequate. The location was very good, with outside sitting. Majority of the guests staying were elderly, therefore their needs in the bathroom needed to be made adequate. WC were too low and generally needed upgrading with hand rails and mixer taps. In all we were made welcome.
Lovely hotel, recently renovated and friendly staff. The breakfast was also excellent.
The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpfull especially the young lady, the hotel is very comfortable and looks like part of it has been updated but the room looked a bit tired alrhough clean, the bathroom was ok but definitely needs updating and had a funny smell to it, also the hot water was very hot, too hot in fact that when my autistic son aged 13 took himself to have a shower he scalded himself on his sholders, its a shame there isnt a onsite restaurant so had to drive every evening to find somewhere to eat as although restaurants are pretty close it was too far to walk for my disabled husband, the breakfasts were great and the staff were very attentive, we had a lovely staybthough and would highly recommend
