Queria deixar registrado o quanto estou decepcionada por ter escolhido esse resort para passar minha lua de mel. Cheguei no dia 6 de maio e, somente no momento do check-in, fui informada de que a piscina aquecida estaria em manutenção durante toda a minha estadia, ou seja, eu não teria acesso a uma das principais atrações do hotel. Em nenhum momento fui avisada disso antes da viagem, o que considero uma grande falta de transparência e respeito com o cliente. As diárias do hotel não são baratas para que uma estrutura tão importante simplesmente fique indisponível sem qualquer aviso prévio. Se eu tivesse sido informada antes, poderia ter escolhido outro local para viver esse momento tão especial da minha vida. A solução oferecida também não foi satisfatória diante do transtorno e da frustração causados. Infelizmente, uma experiência que deveria ser inesquecível de forma positiva acabou gerando decepção logo no início da nossa lua de mel.

Quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Aquecimento no banheiro. Chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura certa, mesmo com 3 graus lá fora.

Piscina aquecida estava em reforma e foi por ela que escolhemos o hotel. Não tivemos nenhum desconto por esse importunio. O ar do quarto parou de funcionar e não foi corrigido mesmo solicitando. Acesso a área de jacuzzi e piscinas é pela Recepção, o que não é confortável. Acesso a área de café da manhã, tem que ir do quarto até lá no frio, o que não é muito legal.
