YMCA of The Rockies Estes Park

Definitely recommend the YMCA. Great resort. Helpful staff. Good room. No AC, but an overhead fan helped keep us cool.

We were their for our good friends' wedding. We expected a "glamping" experience and felt that it was much better than that! We stayed in the Rainbow building - hotel style. Parking was super easy. There is tons to do on the property! The wedding at the top of the mountain was incredible. Everything was very well done here.

Beds were broken in 2 of the 3 rooms. Check in took 30 minutes Dinner at Aspen dinning room was terrible.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The scenery is unsurpassed - beautiful view of the Rockies -- and the staff were very courteous and responsive. However, on our next visit, we'll spend a few extra bucks for a cabin. We had trouble sleeping due to some boisterous young campers (been there, done that), and the beds were not the most comfortable (two mattresses were flipped over, so we felt the box springs), and the sheets did not fit. But yes, we'd probably stay there again.

We stayed for two nights in a 2-bedroom pet-free basic cabin. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The staff that checked us in were friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped with a good selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and pans, all fairly new. The view was spectacular in all directions, with stunning vistas from the wrap-around porch. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with ample places to hand towels and a beautiful shower. The cabins are spaced far apart from each other so it feels very private. We appreciated being out of the town of Estes Park, but at only 10 min drive away, it was easy to pop in for groceries or restaurants. We were very impressed with the quality, comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for business. The amenities did not meet our needs. We stayed because the price was reasonable compared to the inflated rates in the area. That said they still wanted 170 per night totaling over 1,000 for the stay. That said. We felt it was very expensive for what was offered . This rate was comparable to a holiday inn or Hampton inn. It was inconvenient that they had weak pu pic WiFi, no ac, no tv, no servicing of rooms. Breakfast not included but they had a cafeteria breakfast that ran 45.00 per day for 2 people. If the YMCA wants to continue charge inflated rates they should review what they are providing vs what they are charging people. We also
