Breakfast was included and was excellent. The location is excellent. The facilities were OK. Not amazing and the whole venue is a little "tired". My wife shared that the facial she had at One Spa was the best facial she has ever had and the One Spa environment was first class.

The staff were poor on their attention to detail. Twice they mucked up simple dinner bookings. Promises of preferred seating for dinner were not kept. Booking requests were lost. My own experience at One Spa was very poor. Paying for a 90-minute massage and only receiving a 70-75 minute session left me feeling very underwhelmed. When paying premium prices for the venue and for services, this really matters and was very poor.

We booked two nights away and carefully selected RACV healesville because of the amenities and RACVs great reputation. Myself my husband and my 7 month old daughter, we hadn’t been on a family holiday before. We dined at Banyalla and my husband ordered the House Made Squid Ink Fettuccine, Cloudy Bay clams, Yarra Valley salmon caviar, Australian bottarga and fell very ill. This unfortunately meant a fast trip at 8am to the shops to get hydralyte medication and fluids for him. He was unable to eat at all for 24 hours. Hard to have a baby nap in a room that your husband is recovering from suspected food poisoning in. I was unable to take full advantage of the breakfast but the spread looked great. My dietaries require me to be dairy and soy free so that also meant that in order to have a coffee with alternative milk I had to pay for my coffee, rather than use the free coffee machine which only provided cows milk. The vegan croissant was delicious. After discussion with reception staff on check out we were able to receive $40 compensation for the pasta meal, it would have been nice to receive a small discount for our stay. If staying here It is advertised that if you select to forgo housekeeping you can receive a $10 drinks credit just talk to front desk about that.

We stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed a One Spa experience each. My wife described the facial as the best she has ever had. My 90 minute massage ended at 75 minutes!! Most disappointing. The staff did not confirm our dinner at Banyalla on our second night. As a result we had no booking. We booked for the third night and offered a window seat. The staff got our booking time wrong and we were not seated at our promised window seat. All in all a very poor experience with front desk staff and Banyalla staff - clearly incompetent. Our wing where our room was located is very tired. This is overrated and average for the cost. We will not be returning.

Unfortunately today’s lunchtime meal was underwhelming. We are members of the club and have previously booked functions etc and visited frequently. Today, in the cafe we sat in stained chairs to begin with. We had order basic food items which took an hour to arrive. When we dared ask the waitress whether they had forgotten the kids meals, she responded in a very unprofessional way, saying it’s been 20 minutes and the food is coming. She then pulled a face at her colleague and walked off. When she finally brought out two out four meals, she then basically said the kitchen is doing what they are doing in other words don’t ask how long the hot chips would be taking, so rude. The table was dirty when we arrived and there was lipstick on the glass my mother was allocated for water. The windows were filthy. We will not be going there again, very poor customer service. It has gone down hill.

A warm welcome was provided by staff along with an amazing ambience at the spa. Just had a very indulgent body & foot massage provided by Gaby who has an amazing technique to help you unwind. The views from the lounge & treatment room are amazing along with the relaxing lounge. Would highly recommend this lovely experience.
