"Excellent Dinner - worth a visit"

Had a very enjoyable dinner with a group of friends on Saturday night. The food was excellent and service timing very good. I would like to go back.

"Not a place for young children"

Wouldn’t have minded a discount for the fire alarm incident ,as I had my grandchildren there and it took an hour and a half to finally get them back to sleep ages 3 and 18 months.

"One Night Solo Stay"

An amazing location; once you're inside the atmosphere is so relaxing and calming. Safe and comfortable experience to do on my own. It was one night stay, including an amazing massage at 'One Spa', which is exactly what I needed. Wonderful staff, and rooms so spacious.

6) Room very clean 7) Bed and pillows very comfortable 8) Staff very helpful 9) Food Delicious 10) Wheelchair availability a great plus 11) Ample quiet spaces in common areas 12) Love the coffee and pancake machines

1) Netflix in rooms should be complimentary. 2) Bottled spring water should be complimentary. 3) Breakfast first morning was tepid at best. 4) Balcony shutters didn’t work in 2303 or 2305. 5) No RACV benefits for members that booked through 3rd party.

"Great experience at One Spa"

Was gifted as massage at One Spa RACV Healesville It was very relaxing, welcoming and the staff and attention were excellent. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to relax and be treated as a VIP
