A really comfortable property with great facilities. Lovely views. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Set in beautiful grounds with plenty of facilities.

Difficult to get around the area without driving. Staff reluctant to arrange taxis.

Beautiful place but a bit outdated. Very clean, great breakfast, very comfy bed.

We spent the time exploring the local areas, playing scrabble (yes they have a scrabble dictionary in the library if you forget yours) eating in all areas, members lounge, restaurant etc. I personally enjoyed going to the pool before breaky to do some laps. Speaking of breaky, it is a wonderful spread. You can't possibly eat nor drink all things on offer. The staff are so welcoming and I could not believe how everyone both staff and guests say hello.

Good location. Good spread of food items but slow to refill the hot items. Breakfast Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Knives smeared.

The breakfast layouts at Torquay and Cape Schanck are better

The staff and facilities were excellent but was a little bit of mould in the shower area and there was no toilet brush or spray which would have added a nice touch

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast selection, breakfast included in the room rate, option to accommodate a family of three in the room (rollaway bed for the third person)

There was a strong musty odour in the bedroom. When we reported the issue at the reception, the staff offered us an hour late check-out free of charge, which was appreciated

Facilities and scenery.

Excellent property. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities on the property were excellent. Had an amazing treatment at the spa and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the golf course. We will be back!
