Great location and close to many restaurants and bars. Hotel does also own a restaurant that was excellent. Motion light in room so the bathroom light goes on during the night when someone gets up

Because of building is older, the floors are uneven and it felt like the bed foot was higher than the head of the bed. Mattress was not very comfortable

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff, rooms, facilities, bar, restaurant and food were all absolutely superb. The people, hotel and atmosphere were warm, lovely and welcoming. The location was also excellent for anyone visiting Harrogate. We were delighted with our stay, which exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
