The Studley Hotel

Lovely hotel, friendly reception staff just a short walk from the town centre. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Great comfy bed in a quiet room. There is limited parking available able so booking a space is probably essential but easy to do. We are likely to book again next time we are in Harrogate.

The entrance to the car park is tricky to spot and when you do get it the parking spaces are small so if your not a confident driver then your probably better using tge nearby public car parking.

Warm welcome at reception on arrival. All the staff I spoke to during my stay were friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Room was a good size, clean and fresh with plenty of refreshments in room. Hoping to return soon for a longer stay. Thank you.

I stayed for one night and there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Staff were excellent , it was a lovely room , and facilities were all good .

Filthy room- not just cobwebs and dust but used contact lenses on the top of the bedside table. Dirty stained carpets throughout hotel in room and corridors and stairs. Worn and unacceptable furniture in rooms that was not fit to be seen. Bed so hard we were unable to sleep and woke up aching. Lots of staff standing around downstairs doing nothing g and no one available in reception. Booking. Com said parking available so we parked and then were told to move our car because we had not paid to park in the hotel car park.
