Lovely property suprised at how big it was

Having to rush out by 10:30 on the last day and the wifi didnt work

The property was amazing, location perfect for what we wanted, having both neighbouring properties for our big group of 10 was perfect

We had to go buy spare toilet roll and washing up liquid

Nicely decorated and spacious. Good location very close to the city centre, guestbook nice touch with information on what to do locally.

Had issues with the WiFi when streaming television but host was helpful and responded to us quickly.

The property was perfect for our needs, but improving a few small issues would have been a perfect 10. Not enough towels, or teatowels, no bath mats in either bathroom or antislip mat in bath. Towels thin. Downstairs bedroom arrangement of furniture made the room feel small. Hot tub area needing a good sweep, as does the exterior of the property.

Very spacious for groups. Lounge and living room have a lovely design that feel very comfortable to stay in and relax in family groups. Great location for the city centre to walk in and around a 20 minute walk to Williamson park. Plenty of space for parking cars if staying in groups as they have a small car park area by the 2 lodges.

Would have been even better if the twin room had an option to be set up as a double for groups of more than two couples.

The place was very spacious with plenty of room for socialising as a group. The location was great, a 20 minute walk into town. Off road parking for 2 cars.

The mattresses were very soft. Although there was a lot of equipment in the kitchen much of it was past its best (e.g. frying pans with very thin bases that were sticky, scratched and not very clean.

Nice sized house and well decorated. Good facilities in the kitchen and off-road parking.

The shower pressure wasn't great, and single mattresses were a bit hard.
