Fairmont Taghazout Bay

The welcome on arrival was very good and extremely courteous we got shown to our room bags delivered and the various eating options with locations all highlighted. It was a lovely spacious room with a great view of the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean nice big comfy bed plenty of pillows and cover options, coffee/tea maker, safe, plenty of clothes hanging and drawer space, balcony chairs and tables, lots of plugs no adaptor needed, etc. The greatest thing was it was so quiet once the door was shut all the sound was the sea lapping on the shore very romantic. All the restaurants on site provided top service and food accompanied with good choice of local wines and beverages. Breakfast buffet was really well thought out with some good choices of local as well as international cuisine the staff were great fun and very attentive constantly smiling special mention to all of them. Lastly the room was made up to the highest standard and left looking like a new pin so special thank you to Mbarka who was friendly and smiling whenever she visited. The bar staff round the pool very much alert and ready with smiles and laughs moving loungers and shades handing out towels nothing was too much trouble. Lastly special thanks to Mbarka for our lovely room and Aliounne plus colleagues for the fabulous bar service at sunset.

What a fabulous hotel The ambience was amazing and the staff were exemplary. Nezha at concierge was so helpful, she helped us out with every request we had and so friendly. Aziz at breakfast was lovely We went to Beef and Reef a couple of times for lunch and they remembered us by name as did Azizz. Little touches like this make it a memorable and worthy 5* hotel. The spa was relaxing and provided good yoga classes. We will definitely be revisiting. Thank you Fairmont

We enjoyed it very much and the gardencomplex is just stunning with the different pools and the stuff so friendly. The beach area also very nice. From nearly perfect little flaws, that food prices are too high and Kids Club women should interact with kids and not just be there on her phone.

We had another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Taghazout for the third time, and we can’t wait to return next year! As a family of four, including our 3-year-old twin girls, we always feel right at home here. The heated pool is perfect for the kids, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room with a stunning sea view was perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. We’d especially like to thank Adil Kherrouba, who made our mornings even more special with his warm hospitality. Highly recommend this beautiful resort!

Wonderful hotel and experience. The loveliest staff. Most delicious breakfast. Clean comfortable bedrooms, great area on beach. Great restaurants and a very wonderful concierge service who helped book hamman and recommended restaurants

This was our 4th Year in a row and all I can say is WOW... This year the hotel really exceeded our expectations and it keeps getting better. The service was 5 stars all round and the fact they have 4 great restaurants now really gives you a lot choice and more activities are popping up for families all the time. It's the staff that make this hotel great, so if lying by the beach with a cocktail is for you, Lamine and his beach bar team will provide you with superb service you need to relax. If Japanise is your cuisine, Sad and the team at Moromoto are amazing hosts and will make your dinners special. If a nice glass of wine or a G&T is your pre-dinner ritual whilst watching the sunset, Houcine and the team at the Juniper Bar, will know how to look after you. If you need a day to explore the surroundings or make plans, Youssef at the concierge knows exactly what you need. Whatever your room/hotel need, the reception team (particularly Abderranim) always went above and beyond. Addtitionally, Taoufik, Jumaima & Yannis really know how to make your stay magical. The service was amazing, absolutely tops.

Das Hotel liegt am Ozean, wunderbare Lage. Die Anlage ist toll gepflegt, Personal greundlich und das essen sehr gut - überall volle Zufriedenheit. Einziger negativer Punkt: Leider ist der öffentliche Strand ungepflegt, voller Kamel-Kot und man findet viel Plastik. An diesem Strand sind viele hochklassige Hotels - es sollte doch möglich sein, gemeinsam eine Reinigung des Strandes zu organisieren.
