Fairmont Taghazout Bay

We had the pleasure of staying here for a night after a series of unfortunate events when our flight was cancelled. Younes at front desk was amazing! Incredibly helpful, got rooms organised and has us all checked in at 3am. He even sent us taxis to the airport to pick us up to make things easy for us! This guy needs a promotion or recognition for his service. Thank you Younes - you’re a star!

We stayed here for 17 nights, and enjoyed our holiday immensely. But one of many incidents stood out: Ismail and his team at the surf and bike rental were the most helpful and honest people we could meet. I accidentally left my wallet full of dirhams in the bike basket one evening, in full view - anyone could have taken it; but instead of this, Ismail handed it back to me personally in the morning. We had brilliant surf lessons from Ayoub, Mohammed, and Halil, our children really enjoyed themselves. The Hotel is kept pristine by the housekeeping, Selma is a perfectionist, and Sara works really hard with her cleaning. The accommodation and architecture is designed very well, with all amenities being located within a really enjoyable short walk from each other. The Paper Moon restaurant is brilliant, and breakfasts are the best we've ever tasted at any 5 star hotel all over the world. Wissal, Simo and their whole breakfast team are the friendliest kindest people you could ever meet. The Hangout kids club is definitely worth going to, as there are lots of activities; the football pitch is kept in perfect condition, and Reda, Simo, Sala are very enthusiastic at keeping the guests interested and active with sports whenever they ask. The hotel is right on the beach, which has a great atmosphere especially in the evenings. During the day the lifeguards at the Fairmont private beach look after the guests very conscientiously, especially Lahoucine.

This hotel is located in a nice area, very big and beautiful, we enjoyed all the restaurants in the hotel, and the beach also. The rooms are beautiful and clean ! I will definitely go back !

This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The pool area is stunning, and the views over the beach are absolutely beautiful. The restaurants are excellent—though slightly on the pricey side for Morocco. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, one thing did leave me disappointed. I accidentally left my electric toothbrush in the room, and when I returned shortly after to ask if I could retrieve it, I was told it hadn’t been found. For a hotel of this standard and price point, I expected better handling of lost property. That aside, the experience was fantastic overall.

Beautiful and stunning resort with such a relaxing peaceful vibe. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big, comfortable and modern, the bathrooms are great. An issue with one of our rooms and daughter was professionally rectified within 24 hours with a room change and some delicious chocolate. The adult pool looked lovely although we obviously didn’t use it, the main pool (kid friendly) was perfect. Breakfast is truly delicious, the pastries are particularly wonderful! We ate in Beef and Reef for lunch and dinner, and also Tapas for dinner which are both delicious (we ate out locally and also in Agadir) Loved it!! Although I do feel like it lacked a coffee shop or similar for during the day

We had a very relaxing ten days in the Fairmont. Really nice room with a partial sea view. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Plenty of water supplied daily. Breakfasts were excellent. The waiters are so attentive. Aziz in particular deserves a mention. Lots to choose … Eggs cooked to order and a great selection of fresh fruit. The adult pool is perfect for swimming,..lots of sunbeds and towels etc Bascar the pool lifeguard at the adult pool was such a nice guy. Only annoying thing was sometimes the music was a bit loud if you want to read etc. The beach area was great too. Again lots of sunbeds and very attentive staff. Lamine and Hisham in particular were so friendly Sunglasses cleaned by Azoub daily..lovely guy . The beach is great for long walks or for jumping the waves. Water was warm . Only negative was the price of food and drink.There are excellent restaurants on site but very expensive in our opinion We tended to eat in Taghazout or in Tamraght Very Morrocan and good food at good prices. ZAZ in particular was very good for taglines. We didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. All in all a luxury hotel with excellent staff I would return.

had a truly wonderful experience at Fairmont Taghazout Bay, and one of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service at the pool. I want to personally thank Baskar one of the lifeguards for his professionalism kindness and constant attention to guest safety and comfort I'd also like to express my appreciation to the Security and Safety team of the hotel. Their presence is reassuring, and they clearly care about maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Fairmont should be proud to have such dedicated team members. The hotel itself is breathtaking perfectly nestled between the ocean and the mountains The architecture blends luxury with Moroccan charm and the surrounding gardens, pools, and beach area are simply stunning. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed for relaxation and beauty Looking forward to returning soon!

We had a few drinks at the Tapa Wine Bar and Ayoub looked after us and provided a great experience. Hamza also checked in on us and the staff were fantastic and both assets to Fairmont. Great ambience, location and views. Next year we are coming to stay!!

I had a great experience during my stay at Fairmont Taghazout Bay. Everything was smooth and relaxing I really want to thank Youssef and Baskar at the Family Pool they were super friendly and always helpful. They made us feel welcome every day Also I loved the Italian food, it was really tasty! Big thanks to the team at Beef and Reef they were kind and professional. Looking forward to coming back soon
