"Terrible Stay - Avoid"

Terrible Experience. Arrived but could not get in as the codes would not work on the key pads into rooms. Rang to get new codes and the didn't work either. Finally managed to get into the room and it was a disgrace. Very clearly the room had not been serviced since the last guest. Bed was all over the place with furnishings and dirty towels thrown all over the floor. Toilet was full of urine and faeces, dirty towels thrown on the floor. After a long day work everything you do not want to turn up to. How this place has the rating it has is beyond me, I would avoid at all costs.

Wonderful old building converted on the cheap into bedrooms.

Barely passable level of cleanliness, damaged wall lights, shower mixer faulty - ran out of hot water by 11:00 AM

"This is my second stay and still very pleased."

Location, comfortable bed, large room. Quick help for any problem

Shower could use one safety bar and the floor was a bit slippery. A bit of trouble getting door code to work but was resolved in quick manner
