Excellent communication from property with clear details about how to check in. On arrival, the person cleaning rooms was extremely helpful and asked if I needed anything. Room was massive, spotless and very comfortable. The location was ideal. Highly recommended.

Would be nice to have normal coffee sachets.

The property is not a hotel, it’s a building with a bunch of apartments or rooms with no staff. There is no parking and it’s challenging with any luggage. We ended up parking at the city lot 10 minutes walk away. We had major challenges getting Ubers as this is a small town and most Ubers we got we had to wait 20 minutes plus. The room itself was nice and clean and close to town. Overall I would not recommend to anyone who plans to drive there with luggage.

In the Sconce suite the shower room was well equipped but the layout was a bit odd. It was a narrow room with the shower at the far end as you enter. The toilet was next to the entrance fitted sideways to the door with the ladder towel rail directly across from it in a narrow space. This means a person sitting on the toilet was closely facing the rail and anyone much taller than 5' 4" (my height) was likely to be in contact with it! To be fair it would be a difficult space to design a layout for and I only mention it at all because most visitors taller than me would say nothing, just not book that suite again.

Great location, nice comfortable rooms, lots of space. Friendly manager in charge, although service standards were lacking in my opinion.

Prompt service was lacking. It took several reminders to have a replacement fan in our room and in the end, they had me get it myself from another room. The bathrooms weren't cleaned over the 6 nights stayed there, despite requesting for it. The toilet paper, towels and bedsheets were refreshed though. Friends were staying in other rooms over the same period and there were different problems in each room - fused lights, broken window, no hot water which didn't get resolved for days. It is a shame that there was no immediate resolution taken as the property is very nice, well equipped, comfortable and cosy and with more attention to detail and prompter service the quality of experience could very much be improved.

Very central, good communication re access as well as public parking.

My room was at the back and very quiet.

Easy access for surrounding area, walkable to town. No car parking, however NCP is only 5 min walk and gated at night.
