Nice apartment in a good location. Well maintained and quiet

No parking space for apartment allocated.

Well situated for my purposes. Clean and well kept up property. Well equipped.

Chairs and table don't match in height. The bed needs new mattresses, also firmer ones than the existing ones would be the modern standard.

Location was great for Leeds City Centre and Headingley. Nice big double bed and nice bathroom and shower. Downstairs was small but had everything that we needed for the couple of nights.

No parking at the property for this appartment, but there appeared to be for others. A tiny bit of damp on the ceiling of the living space.

Blind at main bedroom window broken - pinned up with Velcro but fell down so difficult to sleep both nights. Ruined stay. Complained straight away but no solution. Late check out offered and discount but discount still not received after week and a half despite several requests from housekeeper. Dirty things left in dish washer from previous guests also and a few things broken and tatty.

Excellent facilities, very clean and exceptional value for money.

Very basic and grubby. Stairs up to bedroom and bathroom were very steep and tatty. The blind in the bedroom was broken and hanging on threads. Bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there were the remains of a takeaway in the fridge which was filthy! Hospitality box had not been re-filled - no tea/coffee provided for arrival. My sister stayed in the Deakin which was markedly different- spotlessly clean, a full complement of tea and coffee and Smart TV and parking space - as well as less expensive than its poor relation The Smeaton!!!

A very good location with the right amount of facilities. Much more convenient than a hotel room for about the same price. The towels were fluffy. The water was plentiful and more than warm enough. A nice rain shower. The bed was spacious and comfortable. There is a wine cooler. Perfect for keeping your chocolate biscuits firm on a warm July day. The building is beautiful inside, and if a guest tickles the ivories of the piano at the foot of the magnificent staircase you feel like you are in a Jane Austen novel.

The apartment would get an excellent rating if it attended to a few small items. Firstly maintenance. The carpet is loose on one of the steps. The cooker extractor and light didn’t appear to work. The right hand under counter light is broken. One of the upstairs window blinds is broken. The handwash bottle pump in the bathroom didn’t work to well. One pump and it stuck. A little more use of the vacuum upstairs would have helped. All very minor points. I was promised the access code to the room “a few days before” but only got it the day before after chasing a few times. That was rather more stressful than required. Customer communication could do with improving. As of writing I still haven’t got the VAT invoice I requested.
