"The room was tiny.....less space was needed in the bathroom ...had to ask foe another chair as there"

Location was good....cleanliness of the room . Each day during the stay the bathroom and bed etc were properly cleaned....really good.

Some staff at the front desk not that helpful. We were given an upgrade and never asked for one. On the day we checked out we were shocked we had to pay extra for our stay....a room with a view....we did not request one and there was no view???? this was very upsetting. If I wanted a room with a view I would have selected that option when booking the hotel.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and found it very easy to travel to/from it. The room was very tidy but was also a good size with a very comfortable bed and sofa. Staff were also very friendly and approachable.

More variety in the offered drink selection in the room - Not a huge sparkling water fan and would have loved to see some still water available.

"HONEYMOON BREAK"

Chocolate " Happy Hour" every day was a pleasant surprise. The bottle of Sparkling wine delivered to our room as a welcome gift was unexpected.

Valet parking was a bit clunky.
