Azure Palm Hot Springs

Beautiful and peaceful venue, with several excellent mineral spring options. The reminders and attentive, yet polite, management of the “quiet” areas were especially appreciated. The restaurant offers good, tasty food at reasonable prices. Great venue, helpful staff, gorgeous grounds. Hoping to be back soon.

The walls in the rooms are somewhat thin, so footsteps from above can easily be heard.

Very comfortable room and nice feeling at the property. Loved the pools, salt room and sauna. The cafe is excellent. Staff are exceptional.

We loved our stay at Azure Palm! Everything was lovely, the hot springs pools, the salt room, the Finnish Sauna, it was all just what we needed to relax and reset after a bitterly cold, snowy winter on the east coast. We wished many of the other guests were quieter and didn't speak so loudly, but that is on the staff to monitor, not a reflection of the facility.

Even though it says everywhere to talk in quiet voices and no cell phones, this is not enforced and monitored as well as it could be, unfortunately. Some one was on her cell for a long time speaking loudly and didn't get off even though we were in the same mini pool with her! Also, when it's a social group, people forget and need to be reminded to speak quietly and maintain a "zen" atmosphere. This was the only drawback and would have me re-think staying here again.

I was going on a caregiver respite trip by myself and 2 women I met on a hike recommended this Spa. I had an excellent time with a Reiki treatment, a 90 minute message and mineral soaks. My main suggestion is for someone to host a tour of the facilities for new clients. I was basically told go down the steps and go left. No info or tour at all.

Beautiful property. Loved all of the thermal pools, the salt room, the ice room, and the beautiful landscaping. Cafe was excellent.

Wish there was a full service restaurant for dinner.
