Azure Palm Hot Springs

Quiet and very clean

The variety of facilities -- all clean, well maintained, and easily accessible -- is excellent: the different kinds of hot tubs, the nice swimming pool, the saunas, the salt room, etc. We liked the view from our room a lot too. And the range of desert plants one can find in the oasis is really nice.

It would help to have a microwave in the room. A somewhat bigger coffee shop or a full(er) restaurant would also improve things, especially since there aren't many good restaurants in the neighborhood. On the other hand, we liked that the coffee shop is not too busy and relatively quiet.

The hotel has to be where it is because of the aquafier. When you drive to the hotel it's in a neighborhood. You wonder if you are going in the right direction.

We loved the open access to many of the amenities. The ambiance was calm and relaxing.

We disliked that two of the staff were rude toward us. Otherwise, all other staff was so kind and helpful.

My best friend and I spent the day at the spa for my birthday and we also had massages. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted from the front desk. We ate at the cafe for both breakfast and lunch. The food was amazing…the café was very beautifully decorated. The service was outstanding. Just wanted to highlight Sawyer for his service; he was very attentive, very kind and friendly, and he just showed such a warm and great attitude. And I also forgot the name of the young lady who also served us lunch (had a foot brace). She was fantastic and ensured that we had all we needed and checked on us! Just lovely! We appreciate great service! We loved the spa! It was not busy, since it was a Monday (12/1) so highly recommend going during the week. The setting provided all what I desired…saunas, soaking hot springs tubs & pool, and Jacuzzies. Such a beautiful backdrop of the mountains during sunset, it was a most relaxing and divine getaway. Kim was absolutely amazing! She came and walked through the spa and checked on us to see if we needed anything. She was such a delight to talk to, very friendly to the guests, and made our experience so fun!! Loved her! Emmanuel was great as well! He was friendly, professional, and also attentive to our needs. While my friend and I were in the outside sauna, he even went the extra mile and brought us cold water!!! Such service with a smile! Also, we loved the gift shop!! Bought so many amazing gifs and the lady there was really accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I am definitely coming back to this place, and we plan on bringing our friends and family! We had a remarkable experience, and everything went beyond my expectations! I had a most marvelous birthday!

Location and the surrounding area. But no choice

I loved everything about my stay . I had been several times to the hot pools on a day pass, yet had not stayed overnight. I loved the café and the boutique. I got a beautiful jacket made of pure linen and wear it often. The spa is the best and I have been to many in the world.

The robes in the room were nice yet I needed a bit larger one for my comfort.
