We are not breakfast people :) however, we did have breakfast on our last morning there, at the recommendation of the chef. Given the dietary restrictions we have, we were able to have a satiable meal before departing. though it was a 10/10 for a couple vacation. The villa... the private pool that was cleaned and re-chlorinated daily.... the peace and quiet .. 10/10. The chef was particularly attentive. Highly recommend.

Perhaps we came at an off-peak season, but some hotel - pool live DJ sessions would have been great. Basically, some in hotel entertainment.

Hello, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at this hotel and to request compensation for the significant inconvenience, distress, and financial losses I suffered. Booking Confirmation Number: 6699208439 The conditions at the hotel were completely unacceptable and far below the standards advertised on Booking.com. Throughout my stay, the electricity was constantly failing. Power would cut out approximately every five minutes, return briefly, and then fail again. This occurred repeatedly and made it impossible to rest, work, or enjoy even the most basic level of comfort expected from a hotel stay. In addition, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, the overall condition of the accommodation was poor, and the level of service was inadequate. There appeared to be a serious lack of staff, with the same employees working at reception, serving in the restaurant, and handling other hotel operations simultaneously. As a result, service was slow, disorganized, and far below acceptable standards. I also experienced continuous problems with the room door and security system. The door was unreliable and created ongoing concerns regarding safety and security, which added further stress during my stay. The combination of these issues made my stay unbearable. The situation became so serious that I was forced to leave the hotel three days before my scheduled departure date. I was unable to continue my stay under such conditions. As a direct consequence, I had to change my travel arrangements and purchase an additional flight, resulting in expenses of approximately USD 3,500, on top of the accommodation costs already paid. These expenses would not have been incurred had the hotel provided the basic standards of service, safety, and habitability that were advertised and expected. I booked this accommodation through Booking.com in good faith and relied on the information provided on your platform.
