A35 - Maritime Discovery Apartment

This cute flat is a real gem in Lagos. Amazing location,is quiet, sometimes you can hear the neighbours but that's fine😃 The flat is well equipped and had nice decorative details. We felt comfortable and at home. The breakfast was nice for the money value, we had sandwiches every day, and corn flakes,fruits,yogurts...😊 There is a nice coffee shop just a few minutes away called Abigail's coffee,nice restaurant just outside, the beach is 5 minutes away (our favourite beach ''the Students beach'', mini market and pharmacy 5 min away. As We will definitely come back again and save the contact of Dream Algarve agency

Just a little remark in terms of the floor cleaning. The entrance area with stone tails were a bit dirty, and it needs some deep cleaning. 😊

incredible location. right beside beach and in the old town, near amazing restaurants etc. apartment was a nice size and had everything we needed.

some evidence of damp in kitchen and bedroom. possibly because it was the beginning of the season.

Gorgeous view overlooking castle like walls and the great blue ocean. The apartment is on the edge of the old town. It's a perfect spot away from the modernistic skyscrapers, close to everything yet not noisy - except for seagulls if you leave the windows open :) I was quite worried after reading all reviews before but relax, parking is literally a few minutes walking away, it's clean and one of few places I found on booking that has some sort of soul in the interior. And the breakfast is super basic but delivered promptly at 8 am every day, and it's enough to start the day and not spend 10eur on breakfasts around :)

It was quite cold at night, the covers were simply bed sheets so we needed to use a bit dodgy looking, thick blankets from the wardrobe. We didn't have any warm water one night because gas tank wasn't filled up but they took care of it swiftly when we called the agency the next day. I missed some amenities, like clean sponges, cloths or toiletries (only one tiny shower gel and shampoo bottle for a 6 day stay for 2 people).

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Great tv and kitchen, washer, bathroom. It was very nice that breakfast was delivered daily.

Small thing: The roof leaked over the kitchen table as it rained heavily all week. But we put a pan down and it was fine.
