"Location isn't everything; wish we had read the comments more closely!!"

Apartment location is convenient to restaurants and the historic part of town. This really is its best feature. Sufficient linens and kitchen supplies are provided. Liked that it had a washing machine.

Claiming to provide parking was deceiving; the recommended parking was 500m away from the apartment and you aren't even supposed to park in front of the apartment to unload. I don't think they should be allowed to claim they provide parking in this instance. The apartment was VERY cold and the heater that was in the kitchen area didn't work. Not enough electrical outlets. Stairs are VERY steep; be careful if it's been raining as the stairs become slick and it's easy to fall!!! Not easy to carry a suitcase up to the apartment; would be fine if you have backpacks. Registration didn't provide all the correct information - right building but wrong apartment; no info about breakfast provided.

Location was good

Overrun with ants. Hot water supply sporadic at best. TV wouldn’t work. Stairways and hallways very poorly lit. Directions to property were wrong.

Location ist absolutely great, easy Check in

Breakfast is really not that great, a little bit of a better breakfast would make the stay a lot more comfortable. The beds were not the greatest but IT was manageable

"Great location for tourists, comfortable but noisy road"

Great location for 1st time tourist visit. Short walk to river walk area and historical town areas. Fresh and clean.

No parking on or under the property - we had a car. Shower drain was clogged until technician cleared it the 2nd day. No air conditioning so open windows with a busy and noisy street below.

It was nice and spacious and had a little ocean view. Nice location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The downfall was the very steep stairs up to the unit, the poorly marked address and unit number, no parking nearby and the shower was not user friendly.
