GBGBThe property is convenient for the city centre. It is modern, clean and quiet. The landlord was easy to contact.
The written instructions regarding collecting the keys were rather confusing. We worked it out eventually by telephone. We never discovered the wifi.

Nothing just bring a towel if you're staying but that's all.

GBThe location was great as it was so close to where we were spending time out with friends.
We didn't get the information of how to get into the apartment until we were stood around outside waiting for 20 minutes. Our apartment had been changed to a different one as there was an electrical fault but we were sent to the wrong apartment first... This was rectified with a call and we were given the correct info for the correct apartment. But this wasted a lot of our time back and too to the lock box from the 3rd floor making us late to our venue. Unfortunately on entering the apartment block it was smelly and it wasn't the cleanest. The actual apartment was lovely and clean but nothing worked. The TV couldn't be plugged in as it was so far away from any sockets.... The fridge wasn't working which filled the kitchen with an awful smell, so we couldn't keep our food in there that we'd brought for breakfast or the milk for brews. It was such a shame as the owner seemed nice but our experience was not great and we won't be staying again as planned.
GBGreat location. Good value for money. Host came to meet us at the property as we had an issue with the keys. Allowed us to drop bags off early.
We arrived early as we wanted to drop bags off. Had to phone numerous times for instructions on how to get access. There is no key in safe. Had to wait 20 mins for the host to come give us the key. It seems numerous people use the same key safe. I'm not sure if people keys get mixed up or if people's keys get taken. Strong smell of weed near main property. One of the doors at another flat has been previously smashed in by looks of it. Doesn't look pleasing on the eye. The front door to the complex didn't always seem to close and lock.
