City Centre 2 Bed Room 2 Bath Room Apartment with En-suite

This was not the property I booked. When we turned up at the booked accommodation the instructions to get in did not work. I rang the property owner who sent directions to another property on the 12th floor of a high rise block. I had purposely booked accommodation near the university as we were visiting Liverpool for my daughter’s graduation, and had to collect her gown at 7am. Due to an accident on the motorway we arrived much later than planned but I had messaged the property owner to advise as such. I did not complain at the time as we needed somewhere to stay without the aggravation late in the evening. But I was not happy at all.

It was not the property I booked. It was in a different location, it did not have 2 bathrooms as advertised. The bathroom was very poor with dirty grout and 2 live bugs in the bath. The shower was over the bath and very poor. The bedding although clean was stained, as was one of the settees. There was a shirt left in one of the wardrobes, and half used toiletries in the bathroom. Some windows did not shut properly and the window surround appeared to be packed with kitchen roll.

Right in the city centre. Secure parking. Ample space for family of six and two small dogs. Easy communication with host.

Needs a bit of refreshing and decorating

Apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Drains were quite smelly and Facilities were very basic. They need to provide bath mats in the bathrooms as the floors were very slippery getting out of the showers. All the blinds were broken and the pipe under the sink needs replacing. The location was pretty noisy, but this is to be expected in the centre of the city. The vendor was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. Overall, though, it was a decent enough stay for one night. Convenient for the centre and decent offroad parking.

My experience was overall good although the apartment did not have a Television or even speakers to play some music. Also , there was no table or dining area to eat our meals

The kitchen looked nice and clean and functional. The location was handy for town but not an area we felt very comfortable in for a family break.

We decided not to stay there as the tv was missing, parking was not as advertised and we did not feel safe as the flat 2 doors down had been bashed in (raided by the police it looks like). The main door to the building was broken and therefore open to the general public. The hallway smelt very strongly of cannabis. On the plus side the owner did provide a full refund on request after we explained our concerns.

Amazing stay!! all 6 of us slept perfectly well would definitely recommend!! Close to city centre and got some nice fast food places close by!! Cleaners forgot to leave the keys but it got instantly resolved with their great communication.
