Loved the location and the easy walk to Ponce City Market and the Beltline! Clean hotel, amazing staff, Knyia, Carmen, Clive. Everyone made us feel like family ever time we walked thru the door!!

Knyia is amazing and is always so nice!!! Janelle is the best and most accommodating bartender!!! Definitely won’t stay anywhere else in Atlanta.

This is the perfect boutique hotel. Me and my fiancé were in town for a friends wedding and we got great service. We really enjoyed the bar. It’s very cute and quaint. Knyia was very helpful and friendly. She gave us great advice on places to go around town. 10/10. Will be staying again when we visit Atlanta !!!

I stayed at the Wylie Hotel Atlanta Buckhead on April 22 for my birthday, and the experience was incredible. The front desk team went above and beyond—surprising me with a room upgrade and making me feel truly celebrated. Receiving a birthday card signed by the entire staff was such a thoughtful touch. Special shoutout to Carmen at the bar—she was amazing and made the day even more memorable. It was a joy sharing part of my birthday (and cake!) with the team. This stay felt like a true celebration. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean and walkable to everything fun. Beltline and Ponce City Market are steps away. Carmen is the best and she makes our stay memorable

The receptionist or front desk staff Kayia was very welcoming as soon I entered the hotel. Kayia was very friendly and helpful. I had been to other hotels and front desk staff are somewhat dismissive and not very helpful. Katie went out of her way to be accommodating. I really appreciate this since I from out of town. Kindness goes a long way when you are in a new city alone.

We stayed at the Wylie Hotel Atlanta Tapestry Collection By Hilton. The location was really convenient. It was very close to the Ponce City Market and short to the Botanical Garden. The hotel itself was very homey. At check-in, guests are greeted with champagne and cookies. On certain nights, there is live jazz music being played in the hotel restaurant. The hotel and guest rooms are very clean. There are bathrobes in the bathroom for guests to wear. The water pressure is really good too. While we stayed in the hotel there was absolutely no noise. I would like to recognize two of the staff members : Alray and Knyia. Both were extremely professional, very kind and outgoing to our needs. Would definitely stay there again !!!

Was looking forward to a weekend in Atlanta for a wedding and splurged on this place. Experienced nothing but problems. Fire alarm went off at 5 pm(which is fine) but the fire control panel near my room continued buzzing very loudly for the rest of the day(this is indeed the hotels problem). I was told I would need to move rooms and I would receive a concession. I moved and found I got downgraded to a queen room. It was already almost 11pm so I just tried to go to bed. At 1230am the fire alarm went off again and went on for almost 30 minutes. I got almost no sleep that night. I asked for the status of my concession for having to move rooms/room downgrade/multiple fire alarms several times and received nothing. I called the front desk and GM a few times and was ignored. One of the perks advertised here is the ability to use your phone as a room key which I thought was really cool. But after the room change it stopped working. I asked the front desk to fix it and they told me they couldn't and it was on me to spend my vacation time on the phone with Hilton technical support to troubleshoot the issue. For the very high price of this hotel you can go elsewhere. They also nickel and dime you for parking. Plenty of nearby street parking is available for free.
