"Excellent"

Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Apparently the hotel uses a motion-activated thermostat, and our room was stuffy and too warm for the majority of our stay. We could not even get the air to come on for the first day/night we were there. It finally came on the second day and the room cooled down until we went to sleep and then the temperature rose 8 degrees overnight because it did not come back on. I can't imagine how miserable it would be in the middle of the summer.

Really great hotel. Knyia was exceptional at checkin offering champagne and cookies. She was super nice! Manager was nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Only thing is the structure of the hotel. Rooms can be more sound proof. You can definitely hear people around you, especially above work loud walking. Great proximity to Ponce City Market.

"Great Stay at the Wylie!"

My experience was great. The staff, Evita, Kynia, and Ellisha were amazing! They were so kind which made my stay great. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great at the restaurant. I would definitely stay at this location again when I return to Atlanta.

My husband and I stayed at the Wylie Hotel In Atlanta March 20-22, 2026. The stay was great. The staff was excellent, especially Knyia. We were inconvenienced because someone turned on the fire alarm late at night. The staff was very gracious because of the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a nice hotel. I look forward to staying there again when I visit Atlanta, GA. Keep up the good work.
