I had a great time at Wylie Hotel. The front desk attendant Knyia and the valet attendant Clive were awesome! Great customer service!

We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Carmen during our stay, and she was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we sat down, she made every single person in our party feel welcomed, seen, and genuinely appreciated. It wasn’t just great service — it was intentional, thoughtful hospitality. Carmen handled our group of 20+ people effortlessly, remembered preferences, kept the energy upbeat, and somehow made each interaction feel personal. Her recommendations were spot on, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and she never missed a beat even when things got busy. What truly stood out was how she elevated the entire atmosphere. It wasn’t just about getting drinks — she made the experience feel special and meaningful. By the end of the night, we weren’t just guests at a hotel bar; we felt like we had shared something memorable. That kind of presence shifts the tone of an evening and leaves you walking away a little lighter and happier than when you arrived. Carmen is a true asset to the hotel, and she’s a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you have the chance, sit at the bar and let her take care of you — you won’t regret it!

The location of this hotel is great. The lobby is nice, and it has complimentary champagne and cookies. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was nice. The water pressure in the shower was not great, though.

The parking situation was a nightmare! They have valet parking, which is $55 a night. When we arrived, we left the car for a few minutes to check in, then we left again. That evening, we wanted to park the car. The valet looked at us, held up her arm, and said no. Cars behind us who also wanted to park their cars piled up into the street, and there was a lot of honking. The valet was clearly struggling with the parking situation. She had to move multiple cars in order to move one. The valet was getting very agitated, and she kept muttering that she was going to quit. We were asked to be patient, but after twenty minutes of waiting and listening to a lot of honking, we gave up and left again. This was particularly annoying because the reason we chose this hotel was because it was in walking distance of the place we were planning on spending the evening. So, we got stuck having to pay for parking at that place. When we arrived back at the hotel, we found out that the valet indeed did quit mid-shift, and that things finally calmed down after a few hours of the valet parking nightmare. We were told we'd be compensated, but we weren't. Their parking lot does not seem adequate for the size of the hotel.

Sat 2/21-2/22/26 My experience at this hotel was amazing 🤩first came in greeted with Champagne!!! I have to give a big Kudos to the front desk Kavia (not sure of the spelling) which handle that front desk like a CHAMP!!! There was a situation where a car was blocking Valet and the key couldn’t be found, some friends and I had a reservation at 7 we had to wait an hour to get our car from valet. But Kavia made sure everyone was ok she also started helping looking for the key and try to see what she could do. Also there was a gentleman that worked at Mrs P’s (can’t remember the name) but he was also amazing he made sure we were good while were waiting for our car from valet. The room was to die for everything upscale very cozy and warm everything was clean with a complimentary bottle of champagne and birthday card to celebrate my birthday. Thank for making my birthday special!!!

From the first valet encounter, to our check-in, to our departure, we experienced EXCEPTIONAL service and hospitality! During our stay we had the pleasure of interacting with Knyia, Creanna and Hollis who were always all smiles despite a very busy weekend with lots of guests checking in. Our room was stylish, well-appointed and meticulously clean! The bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. We will definitely be back. Oh, the location is awesome with Ponce City Market literally steps away!

Kayia at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful, friendly and engaging. Her love of what she does is very evident and created a family environment. Johnathon at the valet desk was super supportive.
