Location was perfect for our needs. We had a Christmas function in town nearby. We were staying within walking distance. Very comfortable rooms, Bathroom was large, fantastic bath (I am a huge bath fan) and walk-in shower fitted me well as a bigger person.

Check-in was slightly frustrating as we had to wait for the receiptionist to greet us. Checking in is an unusual process. Parking nearby is expensive. This is a reality of parking in Auckland, but still the cost, as out of towners we thought was prohibitive. The fridge did not have an ice box. I like to have ice to supercool the water in my water bottle. Unable to do that.

A great location, and wonderful for exploring. Little bit difficult to find where to check in, and how to park your car, but once it was figured out, the staff were wonderful.
