"False advertising from booking.com"

Between Booking.com, and Marsden viaduct, this hotel was not was the advertisement stated. i believe this is a booking.com false advertising problem. i wrote a complaint during stay and had zero outcome. There is no pool, no fitness centre, separately the bathtub was not operational. and the host of other issues encountered which i sent separately and had no outcome. i booked this hotel as I'm completing physiotherapy post injury.

"Very Good"

Location fantastic. Size of room very good.

Aircon noisy(rattles) at night so hard to get to sleep. It was.quieter in the morning. Office on 3rd floor poor condition carpet, messy small reception room. Big bath had no plug. Sliding door to balcony very dirty and window glass dirty. Desk outside lifts was very dirty on top. Unable to view tv in bed without moving tv cabinet.

"Beautiful viaduct stay!"

Loved the location, the bed was comfy & the bathroom lush! Loooved the entry to the hotel, but it was a little odd to get taken up to a cramped little office upstairs that felt like a backpackers?

The glass was SO dirty, and with a water & city view, we had to open them to actually see it very well! The glass veranda was also really dirty. It felt very elevated accommodation until we saw the glass. Also randomly didn't have facecloths which I feel like I usually get in even the cheapest of motels.
