Staff helpful, room good

The pictures of the room we booked showed views of habour. Not bus park

Central location. Spacious.

Roller blinds were broken and I had to hang some of the curtains as they’d come off the rails. All very obvious when we walked in - could have been taken care of during room changeover

La chambre propre

Lors de notre arrivée, le réceptionniste a commis une erreur dans l’attribution de la chambre, alors que j’avais expressément demandé une chambre avec vue sur la Sky Tower. Un couple d’amis procédait simultanément à l’enregistrement lors du check-in. Le lendemain, en nous présentant à la réception, la réceptionniste nous a communiqué le numéro de la chambre qui nous était censée être attribuée. Nous lui avons alors signalé que son collègue nous avait, par erreur, attribué la chambre de nos amis. Cette situation nous a particulièrement déçus, d’autant plus que nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet établissement au mois de juillet. La chambre qui nous a finalement été attribuée était de superficie inférieure et offrait une vue sur le parking des bus.

Good location

Air conditioning not working and staff said to open the door it will cool down when the sun goes down. Which it didn’t then told there are no other rooms available. Staff not very helpful. Rooms not as clean as previous stay.
