Good location

Difficult to find, toilet dripped, bathroom tap dripped, shower head fell on our heads, no shower cap, no bubble bath, no face washers

The staff were really helpful and for a 3 night stay the no service option was great and clearly environmentally sensible. Bed and bathroom facilities excellent. Location great for us.

Necessary slatted blinds were a little dusty; the TV was quirky and took a while to understand.

The man on reception when we got there was fantastic . Nothing was a problem and he arranged our car parking too

Slight wait for the administrator who needed to come from level 3 to meet us and take us back up to book in

The reception was a mess, the reception was undermanned, the room wasnt clean, we even found drug paraphernalia!! There was hair in the bed!! The bath tap was broken, the wallpaper was peeling, the soap was disgusting, there wasnt wnoug milk for coffee, the TV had to be moved to view, but then it took the whole night to watch one BBL game because it kept cutting out!! Infuriating!! We couldnt even get two champagne flutes for New Years Eve! There were lots of broken light switches & no USB ports. It was atrocious!! Still deciding whether to contact the police about the drug paraphernalia found!! Waiting for a refund or at least partial refund for our truly disappointing stay…..,
