Nice place, it was neat and clean good location , everything was walking distance

Washroom door didn't lock though, no telephone in the room to call reception

Excellent size room with great views in good location

Reception not reliable . We couldn’t use safe ( it was locked on arrival) and asked twice for it to seen to. Matter not resolved when we left. Same over requests for extra tea and coffee. Soap for easy use in bath would be beneficial

"ASTONISHINGLY DISGUSTING!!"

Peeling wallpaper Hair found in bed Broken light switches Drug paraphernalia found in bathroom TV played up all night & we had to move it to watch it Filthy carpet Blood outside one of the rooms in hallway Staff useless Bath plug broken Bath products were gross! Tiny little pots of milk barely for one cup of coffee Parking insanely expensive Ridiculous costs for a late check out No Champagne flutes available on New Years Eve The balcony was a foot wide! Shall I go on?!!!
