"You think it’ll be a good hotel due to being part of the Sofitel but it’s mutton dressed as lamb"

Good location if your room is facing the water. Nice and central.

I asked for a quiet room. My room was facing the bus depot, and a main road. I could hear buses driving in until 11pm. When I asked to be moved so I wasn’t facing buses, I was told I needed to upgrade. The staff member I dealt with knew zero about customer service. I won’t be returning

Location was good for where we were going too.

Waiting for someone to come down to the lobby to take us to level 3 to check in .air con wasn't going in our room no body wash in the shower. Bar fridge was warm did not chill our beverages. The price per night was a bit much.

Close to everything we wanted, bed was really comfortable.

No parking, didn’t have access to the gym and pool facilities. Need more towels in the room
