Bathroom and room space and facilities

Two beds kept separating and TV wasn’t connected to hotel Wifi

The location was great

Was close to the venue for our concert.

The facility weren’t properly going like the toilet was hard to flush etc power point weren’t going.

Location was great but we support the hotels stance on environmental processes but was really evident that they were only saying that to save costs

No information in rooms or at reception about Auckland and it's attractions Only a part roll of toilet paper Had to call a 09 number to get reception to ask for more and was then delivered 1 roll Tv wodnt work Called reception they put me on hold for over 7 mins So had my partner call and they answered straight away while I was still on hold Once duty manager came to get tv going During the evening it kept cutting out for up2 5 mins at a time There was mold in tile joins around sink and in shower

We love the location, the foyer and access..

Our bathroom room was not clean. The sink tap in kitchenette was broken and unusable. We weren't made aware that we had to ask to have our room serviced and refreshments replaced.
