The flat is located in a Very good location, super central. The instructions to reach the accommodation are pretty easy and well explained by nice and gentle members of staff. And the flat is very clean. I will consider it again for my next trip in York. Super recommended :D

Mattress very uncomfortable could feel very spring.There were 3 staying in the apartment but only 2 barh towels tiles in the upstairs bathroom very loose

Great location for city centre, modern decor

The bathroom facilities/finishes need a review. Mouldy stains, loose tiles in the bathroom. Tight corkscrew stairs may be an issue if you have small children, disabled travellers. Mentioned in the games room, there isn't a game room.

"Good location, noisy at night, apartment needs some attention to cleanliness."

Good central location, modern apartment. Well equipped.

Instructions to get keys from key box need to say ‘gate on the left’ not ‘on the right’. There are no instructions for any of the appliances, TV, heaters etc. despite the welcome book saying they were in the back of the pack. The TV wasn’t programmed and we weren’t able to do this dispute using Google for help, thank goodness you’ve got Netflix as this was the only channel to work. Lots of hairs on the bedroom floor / bedding. The bathrooms need the grout cleaning / replacing in places, especially in the shower. The grill pan had fresh foil lining it but the grill itself still had grease from previous meal. Very noisy at night from the alleyway. Noted that earplugs were left and now know why, might be good if these were sealed packets for hygiene purposes. We had no issue with the spiral staircase (bit wobbly at the bottom) but some people might. I requested a late check out for our last day via text message as instructed 2 days before we travelled, I didn’t receive any response…….
