The location was good for us

We arrived at the property as instructed to find that it had not been cleaned after the last occupant left. We called the owner while at the property and left a voicemail. We then left. Lauren called back and was very apologetic. She offered to have the cleaning done within an hour but that just didn't suit us as we were visiting family and had plans. We said we wouldn't be going back and would like to be refunded as we were so disappointed with the state that we found it in. Lauren said that if we wanted a refund we needed to contact Booking.com so we did. When they replied they said that we had been offered a complimentary 1 night stay. This was never offered but still maintains she did. There were 3 of us listening to that call and it wasn't said. This has prevented us being refunded I have had conversations with Lauren by email and she resolutely stands by this but that was never the case. Had it been said we would've had to consider it or lose our payment which of course we have. We found full bins in the kitchen and bathroom (no lids) Dishes stacked on the drainer Dirty dining table Hair in the sink Vomit in the entrance I'm more than aware that others have had a good stay and also some not so good. Unfortunately it wasn't for us. We really couldn't get out quick enough. We definitely wouldn't recommend this property.

Liked the light from the 3 windows sofa bed TV all relaxing. Kitchen clean generally, just smell from the bin. Good communication pre arrival. Parking good, plenty of sockets, spacious bedroom.

Smell around kitchen, worked it out but no laminated kitchen cooker instructions to be found. No small freezer section in fridge. Mattresses not great. Shower good but broken piece Many walls need a repaint. Could not work out heating, maybe timer. Towells clean but generally old.

Well appointed flat in a convenient location for my business in Farnborough. No hassle or stress and my visit was well managed. Great to have parking on site.

The cutlery was picnic basket quality, glad I didn't have to really self cater. Not a single sharp knife (one might of been at one point but now very blunt) also no bread knife..

Location

Very small, tried to heat something in the oven, which was dirty causing smoke and smoke alarms to go off, so didn’t bother to use again. Couldn’t connect to wifi even following instructions to the T. Also the place needs a good clean

The location was good. It was only a 15 minute walk from the shopping district. The bed was comfortable.

This apartment was not clean. We had to wash the dishes/cutlery before use. When we pulled out the couch, there was garbage on the floor. The oven was filthy so we did not cook while we were there. The lamp in the living area was broken. Old linen and a dirty mattress left in the hallway closet. We ended up getting locked out of our apartment and had to call a locksmith to regain access, this had to come out of our own pocket(£660). When we requested clean towels and linen for a 9 day stay, we were told it would cost us £60. The shower head bracket was cracked 3/4 of the way and barely hanging in so we would not take the shower head down. There must have been a water leak in the apartment above us at some point, as there was water stains in the ceiling and some of the ceiling had been given away from one of the pot lights.

Quiet and comfortable. Easy check in and attentive host.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The floor was dusty. Internet was not working. We booked for three people but only got two beds! It smelled like weed all night, maybe the smell was coming from a small door inside the bathroom which was attached to the neighbours house. After reporting the problems to the host, we received no response from them.
