Breakfast is average with limited option. May be added some fresh fruits with varieties will be more good. Lift is out of service, which was not acceptable. Overall experience is okay and nice pool also.

More utensils with Washing machine and Microwave will be added more comfort and facilities. Lift should be operative 24 hrs.

During Checking in I was told that locals Goans are not allowed to stay but they made and exception as I had already paid for the booking. This was a SHOCKER for me. Also they don't all guests in the room and we need to meet them outside the gate of the premises. Felt like it was a hostel and not a hotel. Also the wall on top of my bed had paint chipping off. I did not bother but the next morning found pieces of paint fallen on my bed. This does not happen overnight, so maintenance was an issue. I requested a room change and they did it.

We were treated like we were asking for a favour to stay there and not paid... People overe there dont know a thing about customer service.. Spoils the name of Treebo, whom. I believed is a trusted chain and hence booked...but got the wirat experience... The rooms were stinking when we went in... The toilet taps were leaking... Ac was a trouble to switch on... And breakfast was as if we were getting ration.. Only one egg per guest the chef said.. Actually chef was on double duty... Security cum chef

Breakfast is good. The rooms are large enough, comfortable, everything is thought out, the design is pleasing to the eye. Very nice staff. They solve problems quickly.
