The complimentary breakfast was an extra bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff polite, friendly and helpful all through the visit.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, couldn’t fault the staff, breakfast or the hotel, perfect location for the sights and good restaurants and bars around. We were at the front so could be noisy at night but once the window was closed you couldn’t hear a thing, staff were great. If I did have a fault it would be the pillows they are huge and probably two big but this is minor in the grand scheme of things

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

anything, do not book a stay in here. it is a sketchy, scary, unprofessional place. we arrived there and it does not seem an hotel, it seems a neighbourhood in a dangerous quarter or a dirty motel. luckily they have requested usto pay in advance via a link marked as suspicious in my phone and i contacted them saying that i would pay anything necessary via booking; they did not respond and as we arrived there was no reservation and we had to book another hotel. it ended up being good because we definitely did not want to be there

everything. the place was scary and shady, the men on the reception were dubious as well, the place was definitely not an hotel and i am so glad they did not have a room for us and we were lucky enough that our taxi picked up that this place was no good and waited for us and that we had mobile data and were able to book a normal hotel. Is had nothing to do with picture, absolutely nothing.

Loved the size of the apartment we got.

Food could have been better.
