Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

Rooms were spacious, clean and facilities provided was good. Pool was clean and bigger than anything in that area. And this is a prime location, all the main beaches, marketing places and clubs are within 3kms. Many restaurants shops and wine store available nearby.

But management is average. They need to be reminded several times for a single thing. I needed a glass around 8pm. I called the reception once. They said they are bringing. After 10 mins i went to the reception to take it myself. There they said you need to wait. I'm bringing it. After i while they were like you please go to your room, we'll bring it to you. Even after that i had to call again and finally i got it the next day.

The staff was strictly OK... accomodating at best...

They gave me a room initially that was not sanitised (bed and pillow linen not changed) ...the commode was still dirty from the previous costumer's poop, the bathroom had sand that was still there on the floor.. dissapointed ... after bringing it to their notice, they made me wait for an hour and a half and assigned another room... :( would never stay there again... Also not to mention loud blaring music being played at the property throughout the day.... yuck...
