Ciyé Hotel

The pool was great, always clean and loved the hot tub.

Although it was a close walk to the beach and restaurants, the noise at night made it hard to sleep.

Centrally located. Clean well appointed rooms. Rooftop pool and bar is very nice.

The property is centrally located to everything in central San Pancho. Easy access to beach, restaurants, and many other activities. The staff are so welcoming and nice especially Alan!

The noise from outside is the worst part but it ends at 11pm. If you do not want noise staying in central San pancho may not be for you!

No elevator no tv terrible location next to busy street and noisy preschool. Mattress was stiff poor lighting and extremely overrated and pricy (l a five star hotel price for a cheap motel)

Staff attention and level of care is incredible at Ciyé. Facilities and their state are top notch Location, is great too, at the heart of the action. The staff anticipation for our needs, as well as their friendliness without being over-bearing is rare. A boutique hotel with the care of a resort. Best of both worlds

Maybe having a room with a king bed option would be nice. A vent in the bathroom. But really it’s small details that did not matter. Everything was great

The location to the beach/town was awesome. Hotel very nice.

My room was right on the street (32) and it was super loud and hard to sleep. I’m actually quite disappointed that I didn’t get more rest.

The staff was good. The room layout was good.

It was on the corner of two exceptionally loud streets. You know you’re in trouble when you find ear plugs on your pillow from the hotel.

Great property, with awesome rooftop pool, close to beach in this wonderful place of San Pancho
