Really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Short of excellent due to very loud street music every night. Mercifully stops around 10:15

Rooms were clean and bathroom was very nice

Rooster outside our window for 2 nights. Beds really are rock hard. The staff wanted to charge us 500 pesos per person to let our 2 friends hang out with us in the pool for an hour! A tv would have been nice in the room if you’re having a lazy day or just want to watch a movie…

It was pretty loud; Wild chickens would roost in the trees and make crazy racket all night long. The bed was really hard but comfortable.

It was a lovely modern hotel with suites (if you wanted a kitchen facility). We chose to have just a hotel type room which had a mini fridge which had items for purchase if you want but there was plenty of room to stash a beer or two of your own if you wanted to. They provided cozy bathrobes and slippers , the bathroom was very nice with large shower with rain style shower head. Plenty of hot water and Towels were big and thick! They have a great roof top pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a staffed roof top bar. We loved spending our siesta time here after our day at the beach, which is about two blocks away. The hotel provided beach chairs and towels as well as umbrellas. There are also bikes available to use, but we did not partake in those. They have any inner courtyard with chairs and sofas and tables. We saw other guests using this area to do some work. The Wi-Fi was really good, we never had issues having a connection. The staff was friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was very good. We also used their airport pickup and drop off service which we liked the ease of.

The hotel was right in the middle of the busiest part of San Pancho. It’s not something we didn’t like as much as you have to be prepared for the street noise during the evening. If you are an early to bed person this may not work for you. We got in the groove of staying up or out until things quieted down which is about at 10:30 in the evening and sleeping in a bit later, and the weekend is much busier than the weekdays. The weekdays quiet down around 9:30 as some of the restaurants are closed one day a week. The beds are super firm so be prepared for that.
