The lack of phone chargers in the rooms. ( this is more of a if they could do everything answer).

Excellent location. Rooftop pool and bar were fantastic. Staff friendly and the entire facility was exceptionally clean.

Soundproofness of the rooms could have been a bit better (perhaps with a better sealing door to the unit). The low number of rooms per floor really made this a moot point for the most part though and the sliding patio doors were very well insulated from street noise.

Beautiful well appointed modern room. Downtown but surprisingly quiet. View of the ocean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location.

No elevator so you need to schlep your luggage up to the third floor. Other than that we loved it.

Very well-done and clean hotel, right in the action. Large and comfortable rooms. Lovely rooftop pool and bar. Highly recommend. I’d stay here again.

It’s not the cheapest option in the area, but you get what you pay for. While it’s in the action and close to the beach (which is a plus), it can be a little loud at night being right on the Main Street - especially during the holidays (NYE to be avoided - was way loud!).

Loved the feel of the hotel with the big tree stretching up through the building.. great rooftop pool and the staff were the best.. lovely and friendly.. housekeeping was soo good thank you

Nothing really… the only thing would be the noise as it’s on the Main Street..but generally it stops at midnight
