Ciyé Hotel

Well maintained, aesthetically pleasing, clean. Rooftop patio and bar was beautiful. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Boutique style hotel and 2 blocks down from the beach. Great location.

Amazing location close to the beach, comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms and wonderful views from the pool deck. Continental breakfast provided each morning at 9:30 or 10:00 am with a choice of coffee or tea with juice and light snack like croissants with butter and jams - this was provided on the day of checkout as well which was very nice. Bikes available to use at the hotel, drinks for purchase at the pool and a fully stocked mini bar with snacks in the rooms (with links to pricing which were very reasonable) There are no TVs in the rooms -(not an issue for us) but something to be aware of.

The lock was broken on our sliding patio door for the balcony that was on the second floor but easy access for someone in another room to climb across if they wanted to access the room. Staff attempted to fix the lock which worked briefly before not working again. They came again to try and fix it but the issue was never resolved. The sliding door when closed was also open about an inch on the bottom so it was never fully secure when shut and always slightly open. The security safe is very small - will fit passports and small personal items but no larger electronics, I wasn't able to fit my tablet in the safe. The hotel provides ear plugs for sleeping - the sounds from the karaoke bar directly across the street get VERY loud at night. (This is not Mexican club music, this is your typical Canadian/US drunken karaoke "singing" so be aware of this and be prepared for late nights - first night (a Monday) the music went on until just past 1:00 am, second night was quiet and the third night was quiet after 11:30 PM so it depends on the day and what's happening for what time the "singing" will end. (Earplugs did not help much and I understand this is not the hotels fault as they did what they could). Rooms are cleaned in the early evening, after 5 pm each day, which wasn't bad if we would have known but unexpected to have the room left all day then be interrupted while in the room for cleaning after 5 pm. Fresh drinking water from the designated taps in the hallway ran out one morning. No control for the fan in the room so it was either on full speed or off (there was control for the AC unit which was separate from the fan) The pool water was an unusually cloudy color (chemical imbalance of PH, alkalinity or sanitizing agent) leaving it feeling slippery on the skin.

Great location....a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected given the location. Room only had 1 bed....they call it a queen, but more like a double....next time will ask for 2 beds. No elevator to 4th floor pool.

The very warm welcome, highly skilled and professional staff at the reception. The whole staff we have seen were friendly and motivated to make your stay perfect. New modern facilities with love for the detail. Pictures at the walls, good beds, amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion in the room, beach towels, welcome drink … and so on and so on. The roof top pool is incredible. And the perfect detail: breakfast in the room. We will definitely come back, thank you!

The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lots of street entertainment bands and fire baton entertainment so a little noisy at night, but the noise ended at a decent hr. The breakfast was nice orange juice, coffee and a warm croissant. It was dropped off in a picnic basket to our room at 8:30 am I would have liked a second cup of coffee as there was only enough for 2 cups. I suggested a larger thermos for 4 cups. We did however find a great coffee shop close by for our second cup. We enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival. It was a lovely experience checking in.

This did not bother us but there was no elevator so you need to be able to get up stairs.

El mejor hotel de San Pancho Nayarit! Bonitas instalaciones, con una alberca pequeña pero muy exclusiva y vista hermosa! No necesitas coche, tienes todo a unos cuantos pasos, playa, restaurantes, cafés etc.. solo pienso que deberían mejorar el desayuno continental, creo q unos croissants salvarían el desayuno, aire en solo un pan solo con café o jugo.. de ahí en más todo excelente
