Ciyé Hotel

Breakfast was croissant, coffee & juice delivered to room at a pre set time. Not my favorite. Did end up going out for breakfast a few mornings

The location. European style breakfast.

Too expensive for the value it gives. The hotel is a European concept with high prices established in San Pancho. Not targeted necessarily for local population.

My friend and myself really like this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the staff responsive and the location is easy to get to everything else.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff Front Desk needs more customer service training.

The staff at Ciyé were all so welcoming and hospitable. From the moment we arrived we didn't feel like tourists, but guests. The hotel is right in the hub of town but still feels tranquil when inside. The little details make all the difference - stored luggage, beach bikes, breakfast delivered to your room and even a farewell gift. Ciyé helped us fall in love with San Pancho.

Everthing was great. No complaints

The location was excellent. We had a corner room overlooking the main street. Noise was not a concern at all. The breakfast - croissant, coffee/tea and orange juice - was delivered to our room in a hamper, and we ate on the balcony. The hotel provided beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for our trips to the beach, about 200 yards down the main street. Our room was cleaned every day. I enjoyed doing my morning workouts on the roof top patio. There were a variety of restaurants to choose from and the food was good. There was usually evening entertainment.

The bicycles could have been better maintained, but I don't think we would have travelled far anyway on the cobbled streets.

Super clean, great location and the staff was exceptional.
