Amazing place and great service

The decor is great. We'll appointed rooms and they provide purified drinking water. Lots of little touches.

It's great it's right in the center of town but the karaoke bar across the street was a big drawback. You can only hear ballads sung badly until midnight so many nights. Not the hotels fault though and they provide Earplugs.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Ciye Hotel more and we will absolutely stay here again. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool is even better than the photos. The staff are kind and helpful. The hotel even offered distilled water stations so we did not have to buy bottled water. There were free bikes to use, beach accessories (towels, coolers, umbrellas, chairs)

PLUS: The hotel is by the beach and in the center of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. MINUS: San Pancho is noisy until 11 pm or midnight. As long as you like to party, it's a great place to stay. The morning in-the-room coffee, croissant, & OJ was the best.

I highly recommend staying here on your trip to San Pancho. The rooms are luxurious, the morning coffee and breakfast delivered to your room with warm croissants is divine, and the roof top pool is the perfect escape in this tropical oasis. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Helpful, patient with our broken Spanish as well practice, and so very warm.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The rooftop is unparalleled with the best view of the sunset outside of the beach. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and lovely!

The only thing to be aware of is that due to the location on the Main Street it can get a little loud - so you may want to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. But considering everything shuts down by 10pm it really wasn’t an issue.
