Courtyard by Marriott Port St. Lucie Tradition

We came into Port St Lucie for our father’s funeral. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel is clean and convenient, modern and had nice spaces for our family to spend time together. Thank you.

The property was ok but there was a very poor water in the bathroom sink, also the refrigerator is too small making it hard to keep it closed everything is good

The front desk staff were all so friendly. It’s a very nice hotel. Great facilities. Large open room. Great bathroom. I’d definitely stay there again.

The pillows! Please invest in better pillows. I had to use all 4 pillows just to get to a decent neck comfort. Thanks.

Cleanliness of hotel and room, spacious room. Hotel located by tons of restaurants and shops. The beaches are 30min. Maximum to reach. The "Above and Beyond" for top notch customer service skills award goes to John on AM's and Catalina on PM's that work at the front desks in the hotel lobby... those two people absolutely causes anyone to return to the Courtyard by Marriott Point Saint Lucie Tradition... please give them a raise!

In the laundry room only one washer machine is seen and the soap dispenser was not working to dispense the soap or softener into the washer machine when sharing that to the blonde haired lady at the front desk in lobby she sperked and said no one else complained about it... and that it's pretty simply and easy to work it. I said "Oh, so you used the washer today?" And after she immediately said "No"... I then said "Then how do you know if it is easy to use and that the soap/softener area of the washer machine works properly"?... the blond hair lady we said that to that nght after 9PM who had a smerk on her face, it quickly being replace with an awkward look of embarrassment as she realized her response was not acceptable. My husband said "Return the $2.50 to our hotel bill we inserted into the machine that doesn't work and leave a message for maintenance to fix the machine". She said "okay" sheepishly. Upon checking out 4 days later September 8, 2025 we were made aware that the same sandy blonde haired lady hadn't listed the $2.50 to be refunded at my husband's request when we received our bill at checkout. The morning staff gentleman John at the front desk refunded the $2.50 and reprinted our bill showing the refund noted.
