Good hotel overall

We had an unexpected trip to the Cleveland Clinic nearby hospital and booked a quick stay at the Courtyard. The reception team was incredible- quick, friendly, and warm. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend. There’s a lot to do right in walking distance.

I was put in a room for the handicap. Room was extremely big with very little furniture. Felt like an empty apartment. The carpet was peeling off and the bathroom waw very big but the tub with

Perfect

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Trash was overflowing outside in outdoor sitting area and the outdoor couch outside was dirty so we didn’t even bother sitting on it. Would probably look for different hotel in area was not really impressed by the facilities.

The staff was pleasant, very efficient and accommodating when I had questions. The room and facilities were clean.

There was hair in the sink when we got in our room. The breakfast was not good, and there were not many selections. I paid for 2 days for 2 people but I didn't eat 2nd day because first day was not good a waste of my money.

Overall, it was a nice stay.

One washer and dryer are not enough.
