Courtyard by Marriott Port St. Lucie Tradition

Disappointing stay. Room lights and electricity controlled by entering a key card in a sensor when in the room. Unfortunately the room smelled very stale due to lack of air circulation. We discovered at 9pm at night that our room was not serviced. We called the front desk and requested to just get some fresh towels. Staff told us someone would bring them to the room right away. We waited an hour and then had to go to the front ourselves to pick up ourselves. Receptionist advised we were the second room on the 4th floor that they had missed! Must be very short staffed. Our entire 3 days at the hotel we did not see a single housekeeper. Not a typical Marriot experience.

We want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Adonys, who guided us throughout our entire stay and consistently made sure we enjoyed the very best the resort had to offer. His dedication and professionalism truly elevated our experience. Thanks to Jeffry, we had the opportunity to meet the amazing Primer team, which we are now proud to be part of. We also met Luisa and Peter, two incredibly kind and professional individuals who made every moment even more special. One of the highlights of our trip was the spectacular beach dinner, where we were graciously served by Lauterio, whose customer service was outstanding. At the beach bar, Alexis and Jordany always greeted us with warmth and excellent service. We must give a very special mention to Ramona, our housekeeper, who took care of our room (11408) with such dedication. Without her, we probably wouldn’t have had such restful nights — she truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious at every restaurant, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the overall service was first-class. Honestly, we rarely return to the same hotel — but this time, we would gladly make an exception for the wonderful people we met here. Adonys deserves a 100/100. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We will be back!

Very quiet and pleasant area

Good location and was clean. Linen service was promised next day and not done. Had to ask for towels. Partial room cleaning done on day on 3rd day. Room had no Ironing board upon arrival and a lot of light switches and confusing electric blind opening and closing.
